Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and you would like to cancel or make a change, please contact our Support Team at Info@TheOisF.org within thirty (30) minutes of placing your order.  Although cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed, we will definitely do our best to accommodate your request. 

When will my order ship?

Items typically ship within a few days of your order being placed.  For standard shipping, items should arrive to your shipping address within 5-7 business days.

Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

Sure!  Please just let us know when ordering.  If you would like to include a special message with your delivery, just let us know.



How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes!  You can choose express shipping at checkout (for an additional cost).

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to a number of countries all over the world. Shipping costs for international orders vary, depending on your location.

Will I have to pay customs/duties on an international order?

International customers are responsible for the payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping. Please check with your local customs agency for additional information prior to placing your order.



What if I need to return or exchange an item?

We want you to love our products as much as we do!  If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, and wish to initiate a refund or an exchange, please contact our support team within thirty (30) days after your order is placed.  Exchanges on domestic orders are free, but we do charge a return handling fee for orders that are returned for a refund. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Can I exchange a gift?

Of course! To return or exchange an item that you received as a gift, please follow the instructions above for returns and exchanges.  Please note that gifts can exchanged or returned for store credit, no cash refunds will be provided.



What size should I buy?

Please see the sizing tab at the bottom of each product page. If you are still unsure, please contact our Support Team at Info@TheOisF.org and we will help you figure it out! 

What if something is sold out?  Can I be notified when it comes back in stock?

Of course! Simply email our Support Team at Info@TheOisF.org and we will sign you up to receive a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock.
