OisF Rider Leadership Program
The OisF Leadership Program is a new program being offered in partnership with FLOW Leadership Academy! This is a special opportunity open to all middle school-aged OisF Riders. FLOW views leadership as an internal superpower that we all possess. Leadership is not about what we do, it is about who we are. The OisF Rider Leadership Program will focus on developing each Rider’s unique leadership style and teaching the skills and self-empowerment tools needed to build the confidence, trust and resilience that the girls need to not only lead themselves, but to lead others within our community at large.
Who is eligible to apply for the Program?
This Program is open to all OisF Riders in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades.
*If you are not presently an OisF Rider, please join The OisF Riders here before applying for the Program. There is no cost to join The OisF Rider community - all are welcome!
